Grove Isle is made up of three Coconut Grove condos, all of which stand at eighteen stories tall on the twenty acre oval-shaped island from which the residence gets its name. Situated in the east of the neighborhood, and accessible from Fair Isle Street, each of the Grove Isle condos have varying numbers of bedrooms and a range of living space square footage. In addition, there is a hotel on the western side of the island.
The first Grove Isle building (Grove Isle One (I)) is the easternmost of the trio, and offers residents two to four-bedroom units. The second building, Grove Isle Two (II) has two and three-bedroom units on offer. Grove Isle Three (III) is the most varied, with one to six-bedroom units for sale.
Amenities in Grove Isle include tennis courts with accompanying shop, a heated swimming pool overlooking the sparkling Biscayne Bay, a jogging path, a marina able to accommodate up to fifty vessels, and much more.
There are plenty of things to do on the fair Grove Isle. However, should your sense of adventure overtake you, there’s plenty to do off the island. Places like CocoWalk, the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, the Dinner Key Marina, David T. Kennedy Park and the Miami Museum of Science are all nearby. Coral Gables and downtown Miami aren’t too far off, either – with all that those two areas have to offer.
