Nestled in the Coconut Grove neighborhood and created by the Related Group of South Florida and Terra Group, Park Grove is made up of three buildings, each rising twenty stories tall. There are also four smaller buildings in Park Grove that contain the building’s amenities. Additionally, Park Grove has a three-story building that contains a bank and a fitness center, and a further two-story building designed for use as an office space.
Park Grove offers residents many amenities, such as a billiard and table tennis gaming room for adults, a library and lounge, children’s play area, wine cellar, yoga spaces, a media room, beautiful landscaping by the celebrated Enzo Enea, and poolside cabanas.
The fitness center at Park Grove has a training room as well as steam room and sauna. Penthouses with pools and imported Italian cabinetry are some of what Park Grove has to offer.
