A project from developer Gary Cohen, architectural firm Sieger-Suarez, and BH3, the Prive in Aventura is on an island off Island Estates Drive. Made up of two buildings, both standing at sixteen stories tall, the Prive has views of Dumfoundling Bay, the Intracoastal, Atlantic Ocean, and Aventura’s cityscape.
The Prive includes a children’s playroom, two-story fitness center complete with massage treatment rooms, and a sauna with aerobic equipment. A social room with billiards table, business center, swimming pool with café, tennis courts, jogging trails, and more are also available at the Prive.
Eighty condominiums are available in each tower, with a total of 160 Aventura condo for sale within the development. The smallest units available come with 2,585 square feet of living area, and the largest have in excess of 9,000 square feet available. Ten-foot ceilings, oversized ten-foot deep balconies, penthouse private rooftops, outdoor summer kitchens, and more are what residents can expect from the Prive.
The Prive provides privacy, but it’s far from isolated from the rest of the city. To the northwest lies Loehmmans and Aventura Mall, the west has Biscayne Harbour Shopping Center, and the Prive has beaches available to the east.
